Broadway Avenue (Thea) is located just a few blocks off the highly traveled south hills
corridors of West Liberty Avenue and
Banksville Road in the Borough of
Dormont (please see map below).
Thea is a member of the Broadway Avenue Apartments we refer to as the
“Girls” as three of the four buildings in the complex possess the prominent
names of the original owners daughters... Ruth, Thea and Esther.
Thea is an eclectic four story brick building constructed in the 1920s
which houses six 2-bedroom apartments and three 1-bedroom apartments.
