Edgehill Avenue (Edgehill) is located just a few blocks off the highly traveled south hills
corridors of West Liberty Avenue and
Banksville Road in the Borough of Dormont
(please see map below). Edgehill is
a member of the Broadway Avenue Apartments we refer to as the “Girls” as
three of the four buildings in the complex possess the prominent names of the
original owners daughters... Ruth, Thea and Esther.
Edgehill is an eclectic two story brick duplex constructed in the1920s
which houses two 2-bedroom apartments. The
apartments are serviced by gas forced air heat.
Washer and dryer hookups and
storage lockers are available in the basement.
Both apartments have been renovated to include new

bath upgrades. Each apartment has a

be a garage space open in the adjacent Esther building. Public
transportation is available near the door via the highly regarded Light Rail
Transit or “T” system at
the Stevenson stop.
